For Employers:

  • You must provide legitimate job postings with valid company and contact information.
  • You agree not to post misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful job ads.

 

5. Account Management

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

 

6. Payment & Membership

Some services, such as unlimited job postings or enhanced visibility, may require payment. All paid services are governed by:

  • Pricing listed transparently on the platform;
  • Bank transfer payment terms;
  • No refunds for completed services or published job ads.

 

7. Content Ownership

You retain rights to the content you submit (job posts, resumes, etc.), but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the platform.

We are not liable for content accuracy, employer conduct, or applicant suitability.

Violation may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
