For Job Seekers

Looking for your next career opportunity in the mining or energy sector? Follow these steps to get started:

1. Create Your Account

• Click Register on the top-right corner.
• Select Job Seeker.
• Fill in your full name, email address, and create a password.
• Confirm your registration via email.

2. Build Your Profile

• Go to My Profile.
• Upload your latest CV or Resume (PDF or DOCX).
• Fill in your work experience, education, skills, and certifications.
• Set your job preferences such as location, desired roles, and availability.

3. Search for Jobs

• Use the search bar on the homepage.
• Filter by category, industry, location, or employment type.
• Browse listings with clear job details and company profiles.

4. Apply for Jobs

• Click on a job title to view the full description.
• Press the Apply Now button.
• Submit your application directly via your uploaded CV or customized application.

5. Track Applications

• Go to My Applications to view all jobs you’ve applied for.
• Get status updates if the employer has viewed or responded.

6. Receive Job Alerts

• Enable email notifications for new jobs matching your preferences.
• Never miss opportunities relevant to your field.

For Employers

Need to find qualified talent for mining, EPC, or energy projects? Here's how to post and manage job listings:

1. Create a Company Account

• Click Register and select Employer.
• Fill in your company name, email, and password.
• Verify your email and log in.

2. Complete Company Profile

• Add a company logo, description, website, and location.
• This helps job seekers trust and engage with your postings.

3. Post a Job

• Go to Post a Job.
• Fill in:
  • Job Title
  • Location
  • Employment Type (Full-Time, Contract, etc.)
  • Job Description
  • Requirements
  • Application Deadline
• Choose Free or Paid visibility options (if available).

4. Manage Listings

• Access your Dashboard to edit, renew, or close job posts.
• Monitor number of views, applications, and performance stats.

5. Review Applications

• Browse applicants in the Applications tab.
• Download CVs and contact shortlisted candidates.
• Update application statuses (Viewed, Shortlisted, Rejected, etc.).

6. Subscription & Premium Features

• Upgrade to a premium plan for:
  • Highlighted job posts
  • Featured employer profile

  • Access to CV database (if enabled)
